Troubleshooting and re-pairing your upgraded Rveal Air Mouse Remote

Here are Instructions for troubleshooting your upgraded Rveal Air Mouse Remote:

  1. - Make sure the USB receiver is connected to one of the USB ports on your smart TV device and not into another device.
  2. - If you press a button and a light doesn’t turn on at the top of the upgraded remote, attempt to take the batteries out and reinsert them, or replace them with new ones.
  3. - If the light turns on at the top of the remote and is red, press the TV button at the bottom of the remote. If the light turns green following that when pressing another button, it should be realigned and working.
  4. - If it remains red after pressing the TV button at the bottom, remove the USB receiver from the side of the box, restart the box by unplugging the power from the back and plugging it back in, plug the USB receiver back in once the box is back on, and see if that resolves it.

Instructions on how to realign your Air Mouse if it moves uncontrollably for the upgraded Rveal Air Mouse Remote:

  1. - Press the Home + OK buttons on the remote for 15 seconds while near the plugged USB receiver.
  2. - After 15 seconds release the Home + OK buttons and stay near the plugged USB receiver until the light turns off at the top of the upgraded remote.
  3. - When the light turns off at the top of the upgraded remote attempt to use it. You might need to repeat this step several times to align it fully.

Instructions for re-pairing the upgraded Rveal Air Mouse Remote with the USB receiver if it isn't responding:

  1. - Press the Return + OK buttons on the remote for 15 seconds while near the plugged USB receiver.
  2. - After 15 seconds release the Return + OK buttons and stay near the plugged USB receiver until the light turns off at the top of the upgraded remote.
  3. - When the light turns off at the top of the upgraded remote attempt to use it. You might need to repeat this step several times to align it fully (You can also attempt to pair the remote by pressing the TV + OK buttons while using the same steps explained above).

One of these troubleshooting methods should resolve your issue.
