Have peace of mind knowing any product you purchase from Rveal is covered under a limited warranty. If you experience any issue, not to worry as our customer care team is ready to help and provide tech support. Please call or email us with more details and we will attempt to diagnose and troubleshoot the problem first. Although the warranty extends to hardware defects only, most software issues can be quickly resolved by running updates or visiting the Support Center for tutorials, FAQs, bug fixes and more. Our warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:
Rveal warrants the player hardware is protected against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six-months from the date of original retail purchase. If a defect exists and the product is eligible for warranty, as its option Rveal will (a) repair the item, using new or refurbished replacement parts or (b) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product without any fees. A replacement product/part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Rveal's property. This limited warranty applies only to hardware components of the product that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other external causes, alterations, repair, commercial use, or physical and water damage. In simple terms, products that have hardware defects not caused by you and are still eligible within the warranty period will be fixed or replaced at no additional cost.
For detailed instructions on how to obtain warranty service for your product, please have your order number ready and contact our customer care team using the information below. In general, you will need to deliver your product in either its original packaging or in equally protective packaging along with a copy of the purchase receipt to the address specified by one of our representatives. Before you deliver your product for warranty service, it is your responsibility to remove any detachable storage media and back up any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on your product. It is possible that such storage media, data, software or other materials will be destroyed, lost or reformatted during service, and we will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.
