Rveal processes orders received on Saturday, Sunday or holidays the next calendar business day. All packages are shipped either via UPS or USPS. Express delivery normally takes 1-3 business days and regular delivery can take 2-5 business days once your order is processed.

You will receive order confirmation email immediately following the purchase, you will also receive another email once your order has left our facility. Tracking information will be provided along with the summary of the order. You will be able to track your order from the minute it leaves our facility and to the moment it is delivered to your door.

All new orders that include Rveal Streaming Player will be shipped with the Signature Required option. Accessories and remotes are shipped without this requirement. If the order does not arrive as expected, please check with your local shipping office as shipments often held over if no one was available to sign for it on arrival. Also, you can let us know about missing shipment so we can file a claim with the carrier and let them investigate. Once the claim has been processed and paid to Rveal, a replacement product will be shipped.

Here are some answers to some frequently asked questions about shipping:

  1. When will my order ship? Most orders placed in the morning are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed in the afternoon and evening will be shipped the following business day. Several extra days might be required for large orders and/or during busy holiday period.
  2. How long will it take to get my order? Most standard shipping orders within United States could take up to 5 days to be delivered. Express shipping might take up to 3 days.  Most international orders can take 5-12 days.
  3. Where do I enter my discount code?  Promotion codes are applied during checkout process.
  4. What are the shipping rates? Shipping is free for the regular priority mail option. Express and international shipping options are available and the corresponding cost will be displayed at checkout if selected.
  5. Where do you ship? Anywhere in the world. Please contact us if you have any questions and most international orders go through additional identity verification step before shipped.
  6. Can I change my order once it has been placed? Please contact us as soon as possible if any shipping changes are needed.
