RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Rveal.com.
Rveal offers a 30-day, money-back guarantee. That means, if for any reason, you wish to return a product purchased directly on the Rveal website within 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase, we will refund the purchase price of your Rveal products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund. Exchanges may be issued in some circumstances as mentioned below.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must appear unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at Returns@Rveal.com and we'll be happy to help
Note: A restocking fee of up to 10% of item's price may be applied on your returned items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit shortly thereafter, depending on your card issuer's policies. If your return is rejected, we will send the item back to you.
Your items are protected with a hassle-free manufacturer warranty. We only cover and exchange items under the warranty if they are defective, not accidental damage. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us with the following information:
- Your order number
- Your full name, shipping address, email and phone number
- The date of your purchase and whether the item was purchased from Rveal directly or through a third-party reseller or website
- The reason for your exchange request
- A description of the problems or photos showing any visible damages
We will respond to you within 3 business days upon receiving this info.
If we authorize the exchange, you will be advised by email on how to send the item back to us. Upon receipt, we will notify you and process a replacement if yours cannot be repaired. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to ship and arrive will vary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item unless it was defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note: Please check and detach any of your personal accessories such as SD cards, external hard drives, or anything else that may be connected to the returned item before shipping it back to us. We are not responsible for any lost items that are sent back with returned products.
